He someoneally carries letters of a booster shot named Martha. He is infatuated by her throughout the many battles he experienced he perpetually had her in his mind. A darkness he would read those letters and visualise at the pictures he sent her and continues thinking of her. Even when pitiable from places to place he humped the love for her just as the pebble he furled in his mouth that she sent him.          single of the chapters shows his fear of deprivation to warfare.
